Reglin PT Type Wear Plates are made from a premium grade 60 Duro Natural rubber designed to display excellent resistance to impact, tear and abrasion. Reinforced with aluminium profiles, they offer stability and wear protection in a wide variety of high wear applications.

PT Type Wear plates are considerably lighter than steel backed plates making them easier to handle and with the T-Bolt fastening method can be fastened quickly and easily.

PT Type Wear plates are available in a range of standard thicknesses from 50mm up to 100mm. They are supplied with Aluminium T-Tracks fully embedded in the rubber. They are available with Standard T-Tracks or Heavy Duty T-Tracks.

Reglin PT Type Wear Plates can be used in a wide variety of high wear applications including; hoppers, chutes, feeders, truck bodies and conveyor transfer and discharge points etc.

PT Type Wear Plates are made to order and are available in a range of standard sheet sizes up to a maximum of 1500mm (W) x 2000mm (L).

Standard thicknesses (T) include: 50mm, 80mm 100mm

T-Tracks can be located at centre spacing's (C) as per customer requirements.

PT Type Wear Plates can be supplied custom cut to any size or shape panel required and can be supplied with T-Bolt Assemblies to suit Aluminium T-Tracks.
