Reglin CERAGRIP Ceramic Pulley Lagging is a specifically designed lagging strip made from wear resistant ceramic tiles completely embedded in a high grade, ozone resistant rubber. CERAGRIP has a grooved profile for water dispersion and each tile has a patterned surface specifically designed to increase the friction between the drive pulley and conveyor belt. This improves tracking of conveyors and reduces wear to both the pulley and conveyor belt itself.
CERAGRIP pulley lagging is manufactured with a Neoprene based CN bonding layer for easy bonding to pulley surfaces. This layer requires no buffing and can be used with many 2-part Neoprene based lining glues.
CERAGRIP pulley lagging is manufactured in strip form. It can be supplied in standard rolls or custom length strips to suit specific belt widths.
